Research Field/Interests

His main research interests are food biotechnology and safety, microbiology and enzyme engineering. Research areas include: basic application research of food enzyme preparations (clearing anti-nutritional factors and food harmful factors, processing anti-corrosion and safe testing enzyme preparations); grain and oil food hazard control research; enzyme molecular structure and function research; high-throughput screening of enzyme resources.
